Avoriaz to open 2 weeks early!!

Due to the constant snow arriving in resort over the last few weeks, it was officially announced today by SERMA (the Avoriaz lift operating company) that Avoriaz will open this weekend for skiers and snowboarders! That’s 2 weeks earlier than planned!

There has been lots of snowfalls across Avoriaz and Morzine from mid September and there is now plenty snow for early weekend opening on Saturday 2nd December and Sunday 3rd December 2017 in the Avoriaz area.

The following lifts will be in operation this weekend:

• Prodains Express (8.45am – 5pm)
• Telesiege du Tour (9am – 4.15pm)
• Telesiege du Lac-Intrets (9am – 4.15pm)
• Telesiege des Prolays (9am – 4.15pm)

And more snow is due all week, so we’re looking forward to a powder day!
